The Mission Reporting directly to the Site General Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our Ballarat facility. Your focus will be: • Operational Excellence: Optimising plant performance across a complex, round-the-clock environment. • Leadership: Mentoring and mobilizing production teams to hit (and exceed) KPIs. • Strategy & Safety: Managing labor budgets and planning while ensuring our "Safety First" culture is lived, not just talked about. • Continuous Improvement: Identifying bottlenecks and turning them into benchmarks.
